The U.S. District Court for the
District of New Jersey issued an order certifying the class
and approving the $300 million amended national class-action
settlement for all Entran II claims in the U.S. and Canada.

The U.S. District Court for the
District of New Jersey issued an order granting preliminary
approval to $300 million amended national class-action settlement
for all Entran II claims in the U.S. and Canada. The amended
settlement modifies and expands the original settlement approved
by the court in October 2003.
10/09/2003
Federal district court in New Jersey
issued Order granting preliminary approval to $196 million
national class-action settlement for all Entran II claims
in the United States and Canada, excluding the six New England
states.
7/17/2003
